Scandinavian walking – a relatively new kind of physical culture, which day by day is gaining popularity.
With Scandinavian walking, 90% of all the muscles in the body receive a higher load, while resting on the sticks reduces the load on the knee and hip joints, which makes it possible to apply this kind of walking in diseases of the joints of the lower limbs.
  Scandinavian walking is indicated for the following diseases:

  • chronic pain in the back, shoulders and neck
  • lung diseases;
